# Copyright and takedown

If a photo or a page made here infringes your rights, write to us and we will act on it.

## What this site keeps

Photocolorbook does not store the photos people upload or the coloring pages it returns; both pass through and are gone. Coloring books live in the visitor's own browser. What remains on our side is the email address someone chose to give us and anonymous usage records. That limits what there is to remove, but we still want to hear about a problem.

## How to report

Email [support@phototocoloringpage.site](mailto:support@phototocoloringpage.site) with the subject line *Takedown*, and include:

- the work you own and how to identify it;
- the address on this site where the problem appears, or the email address that submitted it, if you know it;
- your name, and an address, phone or email where we can reach you;
- a statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your message is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.

## What happens next

We read these messages by hand. Where a claim looks valid we remove the material or the submitted address, and we reply to tell you what we did. If we think a report is mistaken, we will say so and explain why before removing anything. Knowingly false reports can carry legal consequences, so please check before you write.

## Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was wrong, write to the same address with the same details plus your reasons; we will pass it on and may restore the material.
